SUMMARY
The health Polytechnic of the Ministry Gorontalo will hold an the 2nd International Conference of Gorontalo Health Polytechnic (2nd ICGHP) with theme “Interprofessional Collaboration for Prevention and Control of Non Communicable Disease : Bridging Disciplines, Improving Outcomes”. This international conference aims to be the forum for sharing information and developing knowledge related to efforts to prevent and control non communicable disease throughout interprofessional collaboration.

- Experimental and clinical pharmacology, community and management/administrative pharmacy, development of natural medicine products, ethnobotany and ethnopharmacology, phytochemistry and phytomedicines, pharmaceutical science, nutraceuticals (nutrition therapy) for non communicable disease care.

PURPOSES
General Purpose
The purpose of 2nd ICGHP was to increase the understanding, ability, and commitment of health workers in encouraging interprofessional collaboration for the effective, sustainable, and scientific-evidence-based prevention and control of Noncommunicable Diseases (NCDs) to improve the global public health standard.
Special Purpose
- Increasing the scientific insight of health workers and academics in the health sector related to the latest developments in the prevention and control of NCDs at the national and international levels.
- Provide a scientific forum to share research results, community service, innovation, and best practices in NCD management.
- Strengthening international cooperation networks between educational institutions and health institutions in the development of evidence-based collaborative programs.
- Encourage the integration of science and practice across disciplines to strengthen interventions in the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases.

The 2nd ICGHP activity takes the form of a scientific seminar consisting of plenary lectures and presentations of scientific work. Plenary lectures consist of delivering presentation from keynote speakers and invited speakers, while presentations of scientific work will be carried out in the form of oral and poster presentations in parallel from conference participants. The target participants are academics, practitioners, researchers, and policymakers from various health professions as well as related fields of science, both from academics (lecturers, researchers, students) as well as practitioners and industry from within and outside the country
